How to access support

A simple overview of the journey from access to support.

Check your eligibility

You may be eligible if you’re under 65, an Australian resident, and have a permanent and significant disability. Contact the NDIS to make an Access Request.

Plan your goals

Once approved, you’ll have a planning meeting to set your goals and receive funding across Core, Capacity Building and Capital supports.

Understanding your funding

The three NDIS budgets

Core Supports

Everyday assistance — daily living, social and community participation, consumables and transport. The most flexible part of your plan.

Capacity Building

Supports to build your skills and independence — including support coordination, improved daily living and finding work.

Capital Supports

Funding for higher-cost items like assistive technology and home modifications, usually for specific approved items.

Frequently asked questions

You need an approved NDIS plan with relevant funding. We support participants whose plans are self-managed or plan-managed. If you’re not sure how your plan is managed, give us a call on 0468 890 383 and we’ll help you work it out.
We support participants in their own homes and communities, wherever you are. Get in touch and we’ll confirm how we can support your area.
Simply contact us or submit a referral. We’ll arrange a friendly chat to understand your needs, then design a support plan that fits your NDIS funding and goals.
Absolutely. We welcome the involvement of families, carers and support networks, and keep everyone informed in line with your wishes.
