Choice and control

To make your own decisions about your supports, to be involved in planning them, and to choose, direct and change your supports.

Freedom from harm

To be free from violence, abuse, neglect, exploitation and discrimination, and to feel safe at all times.

To speak up

To raise concerns or make a complaint without fear, and to have a family member, advocate or support person involved. See our Feedback & Complaints page.
